- Manage a cross-functional team of architects, data scientists, and strategists.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, software engineering, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 technology landscape, including LLMs, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
