Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Architect high-level system designs and oversee their implementation by cross-functional engineering teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all projects.
- Present technical concepts to executive leadership to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
