- Drive organizational culture through ethics training programs and awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks and governance policies
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI architectures and deployment challenges
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) a plus
