Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on AI integration and spatial computing.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers specializing in Generative AI, Distributed Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Prototype and validate disruptive technologies to ensure our solutions remain market-ready.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in future-facing applications.
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and AI integration.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through rapid innovation cycles.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
