Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HORIZON 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term technological goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Research & Development focusing on Predictive Intelligence and Quantum Algorithms.
- Identify emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to position Nexus Future Labs as an industry leader.
- Manage high-stakes budgets for experimental projects and emerging tech incubation.
- Cultivate partnerships with leading universities and think tanks in Silicon Valley and beyond.
- Communicate complex future-tech concepts to executive stakeholders and the public.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership, Product Management, or Futurism.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Technology Policy, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- Proven track record of leading teams through periods of rapid technological disruption.
- Exceptional ability to translate future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Strong network within the AI, Quantum, and Bio-tech sectors.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
