Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities targeting 2026 readiness, including self-improving algorithms and autonomous agents.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead a diverse team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric AI solutions.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems.
