We are currently seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Technology to spearhead our organization's 2026 Strategic Roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to define the technological architecture of tomorrow while solving complex problems for a global client base.
As the leader of our Future Tech division, you will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and executing the technical strategy that will take us through the next decade. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and ground-level engineering execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business vision.
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) division to explore cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and decentralized systems.
- Oversee the migration and scaling of our infrastructure to support high-velocity growth and enterprise-grade security.
- Mentor and build high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for major technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Director capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, specifically regarding long-term (5+ year) technology horizons.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from conception to delivery.
