Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market shifts
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology scouting initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
