Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Analyze business processes to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop clear documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and test cases
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support QA teams by creating test scenarios and validating system functionality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
