Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements translate into technical solutions
- Support data validation and testing activities to ensure solution quality
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using clear visualizations and storytelling
- Track project milestones and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
