Responsibilities
- Document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends and operational inefficiencies using Excel and SQL basicsCreate user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business needs
- Support UAT testing and solution implementation
- Develop clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data concepts (SQL knowledge a plus)
