As a key member of our Product Strategy team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document processes
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation and dashboards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint goals
- Support UAT testing and provide feedback during implementation phases
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles (charts, graphs)
