Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making processes
- Prepare clear documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using visual storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
