Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau for executive presentations
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Document project deliverables and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years experience in business analysis, consulting, or internship role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel for advanced analysis
- Strong written/verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and requirement gathering tools
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
