Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and process flows
- Analyze operational data using SQL and Excel to identify improvement opportunities
- Create clear documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and reports
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the business liaison
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with internships/projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
