Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and system documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
