Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document feedback
- Support implementation of new systems and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project support
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
