Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Identify key performance indicators and track metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
