Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document pain points
- Analyze operational processes and identify optimization opportunities using data visualization tools
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria following Agile methodologies
- Support UAT testing and validation of solutions against business requirements
- Develop performance metrics and KPI dashboards to track solution effectiveness
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC principles
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical problem-solving or coursework projects
