Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and document requirements using flowcharts and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business needs
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
