Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Support UAT testing and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of internship or academic experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
