Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility of requirements
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and stakeholder presentations
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Continuously improve documentation and analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or data-related role
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
