Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flow diagrams and business requirements documents
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual reports
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business solutions
- Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
