Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to present findings and recommendations
- Document business processes and maintain requirements traceability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database fundamentals
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
