Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications for the IT team.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create clear, concise reports, diagrams, and visualizations (e.g., flowcharts, wireframes) to communicate findings.
- Assist in the testing, quality assurance, and implementation of new software systems and tools.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress updates to the project manager and team.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
