Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for new systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and data models using Visio or similar tools.
- Analyze existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement strategies.
- Support data collection efforts and prepare clear, concise reports for management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct gap analysis to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
