Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of business process documentation, including flowcharts and use cases.
- Participate in gathering and documenting functional requirements for software development projects.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases by providing user acceptance testing (UAT) feedback.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
