Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends within the Wichita area.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet quarterly targets.
- Present company solutions and value propositions to prospective clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and optimize brand messaging.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to provide weekly performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Train and mentor junior team members as you grow within the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
