Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize retention, expansion, and overall account health.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives to exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align client needs with company capabilities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analytics to forecast revenue growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
