Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication through daily stand-ups and status meetings
- Track project milestones using Jira and Asana while maintaining accurate documentation
- Support risk management by identifying potential blockers and proposing solutions
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement processes for project materials
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) under mentor guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to learn quickly
