Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project progress using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Document project requirements, risks, and status updates for stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships under senior guidance
- Present project updates to leadership and resolve escalations proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination, internship, or academic project experience
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum principles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
