Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization
- Translate quantum computing requirements into technical specifications
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Drive quantum security implementations for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (QPU drivers, cryogenics)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of delivering quantum prototypes
