What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- No prior project management experience required—we provide the training!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Oklahoma City, OK.
