- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current corporate processes and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and guide high-performing teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all levels.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports to demonstrate program impact to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate program management, operations, or a related strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
