Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Colorado Springs area.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional consultation.
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive company revenue growth.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular feedback on market trends to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for professional development.
- Willingness to learn new software and CRM systems quickly.
