Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for AI systems, defining the vision and technical milestones for the upcoming years.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data loads and complex neural networks.
- Integrate Emerging Tech: Spearhead the integration of quantum computing principles and edge AI into our existing infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading AI initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems design.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or emerging AI paradigms (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic computing).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
