Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic leadership with 5+ in tech innovation roles
- Proven track record delivering multi-year transformational initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in future trends (2020-2025)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ members
