Responsibilities

- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reliability, security, and performance.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-impact projects.
