Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI and Quantum computing integration targeting the 2026 market.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing next-generation neural architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning models and quantum algorithms.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product suite.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Gate models.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
