Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning systems for Project 2026.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
