Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that anticipates the demands of 2026, including post-quantum security protocols.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for integrating Generative AI models with legacy systems while ensuring seamless scalability.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for commercial application.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and ethicists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Quantum Readiness: Understanding of quantum computing principles and how to prepare classical algorithms for quantum environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, agile environments and pivoting strategies based on emerging tech trends.
