Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models integrating Quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical vision for Nexus Horizon Labs, ensuring alignment with 2026 and beyond roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of radical innovation.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for quantum hardware environments.
- Define best practices for ethical AI and quantum data security.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Physics.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of probabilistic computing and generative adversarial networks.
- Experience in translating theoretical research into scalable production systems.
