- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track strategic initiative performance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Foster an experimental culture through innovation workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech) and their applications
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation initiatives that generated $50M+ revenue
- Strategic certification (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan) or equivalent thought leadership
