Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, or Futures Forecasting
