Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop quantitative/qualitative scenario models for 2026-2030 strategic planning
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing methodologies
- Author high-impact trend reports and strategic whitepapers for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and macroeconomic variables affecting long-term strategy
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic adaptation to exponential change
- Deep knowledge of AI, climate tech, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
