Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy and long-term product vision.
- Lead the research and analysis of emerging AI trends, including Generative AI and AGI implications.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic technologies.
- Mentor a team of technical leads and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting AI development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizons).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
