Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026, including remote-first policies and hybrid work models.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools into daily workflows to enhance employee efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Analyze workforce trends and labor market data to predict future skill requirements and advise leadership on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Design and implement robust employee experience (EX) platforms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across global distributed teams.
- Oversee the development of learning and development programs that focus on upskilling the workforce for emerging technologies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive culture that drives innovation.
- Measure the effectiveness of work strategies using advanced analytics and adjust approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in HR strategy, Organizational Development, or Business Consulting, with a focus on future trends.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, VR/AR, Blockchain) and their implications for the workplace.
- Change Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives with minimal disruption.
- Remote Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and motivating distributed teams across time zones.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
