Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap that aligns business objectives with emerging technological trends.
- Conduct deep-dive research on future technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) and assess their potential impact on our operations.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate long-term vision into actionable short-term milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future market shifts and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate the future state of the organization.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our forward-looking initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
