Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 vision for organizational structure, remote/hybrid workflows, and technology adoption.
- AI Integration: Identify and oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Culture & Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of agility, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align workforce strategies with broader business goals.
- Policy Development: Draft and enforce policies regarding data privacy, digital ethics, and remote work compliance.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global trends in labor markets and tech to ensure Apex Horizon remains a top-tier employer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR strategy, Operations, or IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI and automation tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
