Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next five years, aligning long-term goals with business outcomes.
- Future Trend Analysis: Monitor global macro-economic, technological, and social trends (AI, automation, remote work) to predict future disruptions and opportunities.
- Organizational Transformation: Lead initiatives to restructure workflows and optimize organizational design for maximum agility and efficiency.
- Workforce Planning: Forecast talent needs, identify skill gaps, and design upskilling and reskilling programs to prepare our workforce for 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and secure buy-in for transformative changes.
- Innovation Management: Cultivate a culture of innovation, fostering cross-functional teams dedicated to solving complex, long-term business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in strategic planning, operations management, or organizational development.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ year horizon) and translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of identifying emerging market trends and leveraging them for competitive advantage.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across diverse teams.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with data analytics tools and understanding of digital transformation technologies.
